Deepening Our Faith offers newcomers (and long-timers, too) a chance to explore who we are, what we believe, and how our faith comes to life in community. Through stories, conversation, and reflection, participants will discover Unitarian Universalist values and traditions, connect with others, and gain tools for deciding whether membership in this congregation is right for them.
Sessions take place at 12:00 pm in Room 4 on the first Sunday of each month (except for December and May).
Everyone is welcome!
**Registration not required, drop-ins welcome**
This eight-session program invites participants to explore death and dying as a natural part of life through reflection, storytelling, creative expression, and practical learning. Together, we will build comfort in talking about death, explore personal and cultural meanings, and prepare for our own and others’ inevitable deaths with greater understanding and peace. Monday afternoons beginning September 29th through to November 24th (except for Thanksgiving weekend) from 2-4pm in Room 4.
Join us for a soulful gathering where we delve into the depths of our experiences over the past quarter and embrace our aspirations for the upcoming months. Bring your journal and an open heart as we share. Explore and cultivate authenticity together.
Snacks to share are welcome but not required. Volunteer co-presenters are appreciated
** This event will be followed by a Community Potluck from 6:30 pm -8:30 pm in Wickenden- Everyone is Welcome!**
