As we get closer to the Hymn Sing Service on June 28th, we would love to know what you want to hear! To make your request speak to Matthew, our Music Director.

Pysanky Making Workshop
May 23rd from 2:00–4:00 pm in Wickenden
Celebrate spring and learn the traditional Ukrainian art of pysanky egg decorating. Explore step-by-step techniques using the kistka and dyes, along with symbolism, history, and lore. Led by visual artist Adrienne Adams.
Ages 6+ (children 6–12 with an adult)

Listen to Your Heart: Crystal Bowl Sound Experience with Marsha Reed

An evening of sound and stillness with crystal singing bowls. Slow down, rest, and listen inward as luminous tones invite deep relaxation, reflection, and reconnection. Free-will cash donations welcome.

 

Songs of Solidarity
Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 7:00 pm @ Scarboro United Church
An evening of music, story, and reflection on welcome, belonging, and justice.
Featuring solidarity songs and voices from community members, including Migrante Alberta.
Grounded in the call to “welcome the stranger.” All are welcome.

Saturday, June 6, 2026
A joyful evening of music and performance to welcome summer with Matthew Barnett and friends.
Featuring cabaret music by Poulenc, a live film score by Cowtown Brassband, juggling by Joseph McManus, and more.
Tickets: $10 / $15 / $20 (online or at the door, 6:30 pm)
