This eight-session program offers space for reflection, dialogue, and practice in a supportive small-group setting. Drawing on the work of Tema Okun and others who have identified characteristics of white supremacy culture, participants will explore themes such as fear, binary thinking, denial and defensiveness, the right to comfort, individualism, urgency, and more. Sessions begin on Saturday, September 27th, with successive sessions taking place on the fourth Saturday of each month at 10 AM in Room 4. Running from September through June (with the exception of December), each two-hour session provides a sustained opportunity to deepen understanding and practice dismantling racism together.
