Purchase Calgary Coop Gift Cards through the Calgary Unitarian fundraiser! With every dollar you buy, Calgary Coop returns 5% back to our community—at no extra cost to you. With the gift cards, you can buy groceries, prescriptions, gas, or alcohol at Coop grocery, gas and liquor stores. Your everyday purchases can make a meaningful difference.

In 2025-2026, we raised aver $2800.

When can I buy and pick up Coop Cards? 

Send an e-transfer to purchase your Coop Gift Cards and send an email to Coop Cards Team. Cards are available for pick up at the church on Sunday.

How Do I Buy Coop Cards?

Complete these 3 steps: 

1) ORDER - by the deadline.  Email your order pledge
Tell us:  a) amount of order, b) denomination for cards  (lowest is $5), and c) type of card: regular (food, gas, prescriptions) or liquor.  

2)  TO PAY:  Before you can get your card(s) you must pay in addition to the order in step 1.

  1. Preferred method: send an e-transfer with your pledge amount to Unitarian Church of Calgary, e-transfer@calgaryunitarians.ca Identify "Co-op Cards" in the Message section.   
  2.  If you don't use online banking/e-transfer, contact the Coop Card Team for alternate arrangements. 

3)  PICKUP: The cards will be available for distribution at the church on Sundays, 9 days after the deadline. 

Where could I use Coop cards?
You can purchase gas and food with these Gift Cards at Coop Gas Bars and Grocery stores throughout Western Canada. Towns and cities such as Pincher Creek, Banff, Edmonton & area (gas bars only) and many, many more communities have gas bars and grocery stores accepting the Coop Gift Cards.  

Can’t pick up from the church? The Coop Card team can help you make alternate arrangements for your cards.
