 n help us live into our values of collaboration\, inclusion\, interdepende
 nce\, and democratic participation.\nIn this workshop\, we will explore pr
 actical skills for strengthening how we gather\, make decisions\, and enga
 ge in meaningful conversation and offers a deeper toolkit for anyone who h
 elps lead\, host\, or participate in UU community spaces.\nParticipants wi
 ll have opportunities to learn through hands-on practice\, reflection\, an
 d shared experimentation with real facilitation and meeting scenarios. Whe

 s are designed to support more grounded\, inclusive\, and effective collec
