 s® Principles\, we will delve into the somatic world and explore the them
 e with ourselves\, each other and the bigger community. Sounds like an ama
 zing way to experience “Church.”\n\nFeel free to join for worship from
  10 to 11:30 or just come for the dance.\n\nItems to have with you:\n\nWea
 r layered clothing you can move easily in (jeans can be a bit tricky to mo
 ve in)\nWater to drink\nSnack before if needed.\nIndoor shoes or barefoot\
 , whatever is most comfortable for you. The floor isn’t a dance floor\, 
 so if you have sensitive feet or are unsure\, please wear shoes. (We ask t
 hat they are indoor shoes as we will clean the floor\, so we can lie down 
 and sit on the floor.)\nA blanket or cushion to sit on if needed\, or anyt
